Week 4: bottling the beer


My dad had been collecting beer bottles for months to prepare. We needed 50

There was a bucket full of sanitizer, I hand sanitized each bottle... so tedious!

Trransfering the beer. Since the beer had been sitting in the clear containter for two weeks, some gross stuff collected at the bottom. So transfering the liquid to a clean bucket will help us filter out thr garbage.
After we trransfered the beer into the new clean bucket we added some sugar water to the mixture. The sugar water will allow carbination to happen in the bottling stage of the beer.

my dad likes to put green tape on the beer he made so he knows that its his. The bottles are used and have other lables on them. The beer will sit in a dark place for two more weeks until I can refriderate and finally drink my creation!
