Right now the beer is
fermenting in my fathers garage in Ft. Myers. I have learned that brewing
beer is a waiting game. Lots of science-y things are going on, were turning
sugar into alcohol and hops and oats and malt into beer. Its really cool being
able to make something out of nothing. I am super bummed I cant bring the beer
to class and share the delicious fruits of my labor.
